Frucon creates and manages the official online retail stores for global brands. We are uniquely differentiated in our approach to eCommerce that seamlessly blends eCommerce platforms with digital marketing, order fulfilment and customer care. We see significant demand for our services in the market and are putting in place the right organization to successfully scale our business. The recruitment of an HR Lead is a first step towards gearing up the organization for growth.

As our HR Lead you will have the unique opportunity to shape all people related aspects of our business. One of your key missions will be to create and nurture an organization that is capable to scale fast and deal with continuous change. You will be working with a highly motivated team in an entrepreneurial, international and fast paced environment. Next to defining our people strategy, you will be setting-up, operating and continuously improving all our people processes. This means you will look after corporate culture, talent management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.

Reports to:



  • Company culture
    • Help the CEO with the translation of the company vision and values into a well-defined Frucon culture
    • Ensure the Frucon culture is embedded in all people related matters
    • Ensure the right initiatives are put in place to reinforce the Frucon culture. E.g. Organise and animate collective events to promote diversity, a positive working environment and improve people’s sense of belonging within Frucon
  • Talent Management
    • Ensure the right roles and role descriptions are in place across the organization
    • Help the team leads define and monitor skills and competency needs for the roles in their teams
    • Ensure the right coaching and developments plans are in place to continuously develop our people
    • Ensure the right performance management processes are put in place, operated and monitored on a continuous basis (e.g. feedback, evaluation, promotion, salary increases…)
    • Ensure career paths are documented and explained to our people.
    • Guide and coach our people to have a clear view on their career perspectives within Frucon and help them make the right career progressions at the right time
  • Recruiting
    • Define in collaboration with the team leads the recruitment needs
    • Prioritise the recruitment needs in terms of business growth and budget availability
    • Determine the right recruitment channels (internal, agency, online,…)
    • Activate and follow-up our recruitment channels
    • Ensure proper onboarding of newly hired people
    • Continuously execute, monitor and optimize the recruitment processes
    • Report on a regular basis about the quality and progress of the recruitment processes
  • Compensation and benefits
    • Define, operate and continuously improve the compensation and benefit policies of Frucon. These policies should ensure our people remain engaged and at the same time remain in line with Frucon’s financial objectives
    • Put in place and follow-up all policies with regards to extra-legal benefits (company cars, meal vouchers…)
  • HR Operations
    • Work with the Frucon IT team to ensure the right tools and IT systems are in place to efficiently operate our people related activities
    • Follow-up all payroll related activities with the external payroll provider
    • Follow-up all holiday scheduling and planning the different team leads
    • Ensure Frucon remains compliant regard to EU & Belgian tax and social legislation


  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or higher
  • You have 8+ years of experience in HR management with in depth experience of at least 2 of the key HR domains
  • Experience in a scale up, (IT) services or agency environment is a plus
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • You are communicative and have solid experience with internal and external stakeholder management
  • You are structured and organized
  • You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and related tools (MS Teams, …)
  • You are flexible and stress resistant
