Frucon creates and manages the official online retail stores for global brands. We are uniquely differentiated in our approach to eCommerce that seamlessly blends eCommerce platforms with digital marketing, order fulfilment and customer care. We see significant demand for our services in the market and are putting in place the right organization to successfully scale our business. The recruitment of Senior Key Account Manager is an additional step towards working with even more global brands to implement their omni-channel direct-to-consumer strategy.

As Senior Key Account Manager, you will be the orchestrator of all our activities for the largest brands we work with. Your key mission will be to drive value for the brands we work with by bringing together the best of our services, from advisory, eCommerce platforms, digital marketing to fulfillment and customer care. You will work closely with our client’s teams to understand their needs, way of working and organisation. Based on a deep understanding of the brands we work with, you will interact with all Frucon teams to ensure we deliver the best possible service. You will be working with a highly motivated team in an entrepreneurial, international and fast paced environment.

Reports to:



  • Building and maintaining relationships with the brands we serve
    • For the brands you work with, you are the "face of Frucon" and primary point of contact for our client’s executives and key stakeholders
    • You are driven to form and extend successful client partnerships and are viewed as an essential strategic partner by senior client executives and stakeholders.
    • You are responsible for driving revenue goals, client satisfaction and retention across a portfolio of existing and prospective clients
    • You are accountable for growing and maintaining positive client relationships by bringing existing and innovative solutions to our clients using all our service offerings
    • You ensure, in collaboration with our eCommerce project managers, that everything we deliver to the brands you work with is of high quality and creates value for the brands we serve
    • You will help ensure our clients perceives us as an integrated service provider regardless of which teams and geographies are involved in supporting the client
  • Sales and business development:
    • You develop and actively maintain a strategic account plan for each brand you work with, tied to our service offerings and revenue targets
    • You proactively identify and recommend new business opportunities for the brand you work with. You introduce additional services and domain experts to help our clients identify and develop new ideas to grow their omnichannel business
    • You take ownership of the contractual and financial follow-up of all the work we deliver at the brands you work with. By doing so, you ensure the work we perform at our clients meets or exceeds our client’s growth targets and meets or exceeds our own growth and profitability targets
    • You assist senior stakeholders at Frucon in their business development efforts towards new brands
  • Team Management
    • You lead, coach and inspire a team of key account managers that serve all of the brands we work with
    • In collaboration with our Head of HR, you pro-actively develop and grow our team of key account managers in line with our strategic growth plan


  • You have at least 8 years of digital/ecommerce consulting experience, or equivalent experience directly managing a digital/ecommerce channel
  • You have a successful track record of consulting with, and selling directly to, senior executives
  • You have experience in at least 3 of our key activities (eCommerce advisory, eCommerce platforms, digital marketing & merchandising, fulfillment, customer care)
  • Demonstrable expertise and thought leadership in online retail; additional expertise in one or more of the following industries is a plus: luggage & leather wares, health & beauty, luxury goods, consumer & household electronics, sports & outdoors
  • Strong communications skills, with experience in proposal, business case, and statement of work development
  • You hold a Master’s degree or higher
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
